WARRANTY SERVICE

Usual service time exceeds 14 days, thus in care of our Customers we are able to realize it within 4-5 days;

Warranty period for SINLINE series exceeds to 36 months starting from production date; UPS devices of series mentioned above are covered by Special Service Pack (SSP), which includes 48-hour time of repair, counting from the delivery to central service; transport costs are covered by EVER through the whole warranty period in both directions (Customer to EVER, EVER to Customer);

Warranty period for ECO and ECO Pro series exceeds to 36 months, and it is the longest warranty period given to this class of products. Transport costs are fully covered by EVER for two years of warranty duration. In the last, third year transport costs must be covered by the Customer;

The remaining series of UPS devices have 24-month warranty period, which is executed from the moment of purchase. Transport costs are fully covered by EVER company.

EVER Surge Protector warranty period was increased from 2 to 5 years, transport costs are fully covered by EVER.

To make a complaint, it is necessary to fill in a warranty card properly;

POST - WARRANTY SERVICE

Post-warranty period service is carried out similarly to warranty period, however, transport costs are fully covered by a Customer.
